Grain Marketing Specialists
The CorNine Group of Companies operates in Lacombe, Alberta, Canada - located in the heart of the Canadian Prairies. This strategically positions us to source high quality grain and pulses from producers throughout Western Canada (Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Alberta), and deliver directly from the farmer's bins to our customers.
Since it's inception CorNine's primary focus has been on Western Canadian feed grains. However, CorNine also operates a department that is dedicated to supplying high quality product for exports. As a licensed and bonded grain buyer, our experienced marketing team is able to provide our customers with the confidence that "we do what we say we will do".
Our certified graders and in-house grading equipment allow for accurate testing of samples for quality and consistency. This equips our producers and customers with the satisfaction of knowing their product's grade prior to delivery. The CorNine grain storage facility in Lacombe provides a steady supply of grain for export and supports local farmers with an outlet for their products. Our bagging operation allows us to custom bag and efficiently sell bagged CorNine product abroad.
Why We Do It:
The CorNine Group of Companies exists to provide real time commodity marketing solutions with fairness and integrity. The owners of CorNine feel blessed by an agriculture background, and are committed to helping grain producers as they navigate the world of marketing.
What We Do:
As a licensed and bonded grain company with the Canadian Grain Commission, we buy grain direct from producers and find marketing opportunities in our local domestic markets. We specialize in cash grain markets making it easy for producers to market and ship grain either immediately or for deferred pick up. CorNine offers multiple delivery options as well as picked up on the farm options.
CorNine Commodities works to conduct business with integrity and attention to detail. We strive to ensure contracted grain moves on time from your farm or into your business. We have developed business partnerships with various freight companies throughout the western provinces to aid in getting the best possible freight options for our customers.
Once the commodity moves there is no hassle; the cheque will come directly from us. We pride ourselves in being a trendsetter in payment timeframe for commodities moved.
CorNine Commodities has a team of experienced traders that offer an honest perspective of the markets as well as current price options representative of cash marketing. The team is always happy to take some time and connect with customers. Stop by when you are in town, the coffee is always on!
